The United States Black Women’s Chamber of Commerce was founded by its President, June Owens.

USBWCC Founder and President June Owens is an award-winning community leader and entrepreneur. June is passionate about economic growth and development opportunities and is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Established in 2008, the United States Black Women’s Chamber of Commerce promotes the economic growth, development and interests of more than 2.7 million Black Women-owned businesses.

The United States Black Women’s Chamber of Commerce (USBWCC) is a resource for businesses by providing access, advocacy, opportunity, development support and business referrals. While the focus of the USBWCC is to support Black women owned businesses, our membership is open to all persons regardless of race, gender, creed, origin, or political affiliation.
